Board of Governors
The Board of Governors is the highest authority of the TransMedTech Institute. It has authority over institutional strategic development and is responsible for approving the strategic directions, goals and policies of the Institute. Its members are also responsible for approving budgetary matters and evaluating the overall performance of the Institute’s activities.
The Board of Governors is composed of 14 voting members and 8 non-voting external observer members.

Scientific Steering Committee
The Scientific Steering Committee (SSC) is an advisory committee whose mandate is to participate in the implementation stages of the Institute and to contribute to the evolution of its scientific program.
It plays an important role in the process of supervising research activities by ensuring, on the one hand, that the mechanisms for supporting research projects supported by the iTMT are scientifically sound, and on the other hand, by ensuring that all programs respect the Institute’s mission.
The members of the SSC also have a watchdog role with respect to the various iTMT funding and support programs.
